Nine Ways You Can Support Playworks

  1. Updates

Get involved and support play.

We believe in the power of play to bring out the best in every kid. As a friend and supporter of Playworks, here’s how you can help bring out the best in more than 700,000 kids across the country:

  • Help us find amazing staff. We are hiring playful, passionate people all across the country who are looking to make a difference in kids’ lives. Tell your friends about our openings and help us find more recess rock stars.

  • Spread the word about Playworks. We provide three different services to meet the needs of any school or organization.

  • Visit one of our school programs. We love to bring folks out to see Playworks in action. Contact the Playworks team in your local community to learn more.

  • Bring a friend with you on a site visit. Show more people how we’re creating a place for every kid on the playground and make your visit even more powerful. Bring a friend who you think will be interested in the work we do.

  • Volunteer to help at one of our local offices. You can volunteer to support a local project, our marketing efforts, and more. Find out more here.

  • Gather your coworkers for a day of volunteering and fun. Check out our Play Days.

  • Get a team together for one of our local kickball tournaments. Many Playworks regional offices run a kickball tournament once per year. Navigate to the community closest to you to find out more about the opportunity to play in your area.

  • Shop on AmazonSmile and donate 0.5 percent of proceeds to Playworks. By going to smile.amazon.com, you can sign up to donate .5 percent of the proceeds of your purchase to Playworks Education Energized. Once you sign up, be sure to go back to the same URL for all your future Amazon purchases and you will continue to donate to Playworks.

  • Make a donation of $75 to provide one young Junior Coach leadership training for the school year.
