Five inspiring stories that may make you weep a little; These kids have won our hearts!

These student athletes may be young, but they have hearts of gold. Watch these five inspirng stories. Don’t worry if you weep a little… we did.

Nine-year-old Conner wanted to play with his younger brother, Cayden, who has cerebral palsy. He felt bad that his brother had to sit on the sidelines while he enjoyed sports. Until one day, he learned of a kids triathlon. With the help of his mother, he entered the triathlon with his brother. The team of brothers swam, biked and ran together. Watch as Conner pulls and pushes Cayden to the finish:

Middle school wrestler also with cerebral palsy wins his match against an opposing middle school wrestler, not because of his incredible skill, but because of his opponent’s selflessness in this touching moment. Watch:

The summer before his junior year, high school student and star basketball player Melvin Bedford suffered a heart attack and was pronounced dead before being brought back. After a long recovery, he was welcomed onto the basketball court for one final game. Watch as he’s allowed to score a final basket for the team:

High school track star Meghan Vogel while running the 3200 meter race picked up her collapsed competitor Arden McMath and carried her to the finished, letting Arden finish first. “If you work to get to the point of the state meet, then you deserve to finish no matter who you are.” -Meghan said. Watch their inspiring finish:

And one young boy inspires us all by starting and finishing in his elementary school field day 400 meter race. His last place finish could not be more exciting. Watch as Matt’s entire class cheers him on (especially starting at 2:30):
