The Humana Foundation promotes healthy lives and communities by supporting organizations that meet our funding priorities. The Foundation’s giving focuses primarily on health, but also support selected projects promoting civic and culture and education improvement.
Deadline: Application deadlines vary by location but greatest consideration is given to proposals submitted between November 1st – January 15th.
Eligibility:
- We accept proposals from nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations in areas where Humana has business presence.
- Projects are aligned with strategic giving priorities: childhood health, intergenerational health, and active lifestyles; innovative and replicable; sustainable and provide measurable outcomes
- Projects are completed one year to 18 months from start date
