Health Foundation of South Florida’s responsive grants program reflects our commitment to making a measurable and sustainable impact in the health status of residents in Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. Responsive grants center on four Priority Areas:
- Primary Care
- Behavioral Health
- Preventive Health Measures
- Healthy Eating Active Communities
Deadline: August 12, 2013 (December 2013 Grant Cycle) and December 2, 2013 (May 2014 Grant Cycle)
Eligibility:
- The organization is a tax-exempt nonprofit under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code or a local or state governmental agency.
- The project serves exclusively the residents of Broward, Miami-Dade and/or Monroe Counties.
- The project is aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
Award Amount: $20,000 – $160,000 for one or two-year projects
