Playworks WI volunteers with Martin Luther King Library

  1. Updates

We had an awesome time volunteering at the Martin Luther King Library in honor of MLK Day. The library hosted such a fun and engaging event for all of its family and friends. From decorating t-shirts, making crafts, hearing some incredible slam poetry, listening to live music, and watching fantastic dancers, the event started and ended with a bang. We are thankful for the opportunity to volunteer with such an incredible library that truly serves its community everyday. We can’t wait to see what they do on MLK Day next year!

Martin Luther King Library is located at 310 W. Locust St. The library is open Monday-Friday and provides computer access, a variety of free classes, and a wide selection of books, CD’s and DVD’s for all patrons.
