Students have always loved to play at THINK Academy in Rudolph, Wisconsin. But not every student was finding their way into the action, and without defined play zones or a wider range of game options, some kids were left on the sidelines.
Through a partnership with Playworks, THINK Academy staff gained a consistent framework for leading recess, conflict resolution tools spread across the school day, and students grew into leadership roles through the Junior Coach Youth Leadership Program.
