Last year at Lincoln Elementary School, Coach Andy got familiar with the nuts and bolts of the Playworks program and his role. Now entering his second year of coaching, Andy has transformed his playground into the pinnacle of safe, healthy, and inclusive play. He has built incredible rapport with his school community. In particular, he has worked hard with his recess team, who now have pedometers to track their movement around the playground. They’re reaching their step goals while changing lives! Here’s a little more about Coach Andy:

What is your favorite game/sport?

Volleyball

How do you usually relax after a long day of work?

I love to run, be active, and coach/play volleyball.
