Mr. Carlos is a rockstar lunch and bus monitor who supports Coach Molly at Gardner Pilot Academy in Allston. Mr. Carlos takes an active role in recess alongside the students at Gardner Pilot Academy. He fully embodies Playworks' core values and demonstrates healthy community by participating in various cheers and attention-getters every day at recess. He is a role model to all students, earning the respect of each student at the school.
