From joining recess at a local school to leadership workshops and team-building activities at your office or off-site, employee engagement activations help your team connect through the power of play.
Corporate Kickball
Rally a team and go head to head with other companies at one of our annual fundraising tournaments. Your employees get a day of friendly competition, and their entry helps fund play for kids in our community who need it most.
Youth Leadership Summit
This is a celebration of 1,000+ youth leaders at CHS Field for a high‑energy day of teamwork, confidence‑building, and inviting play. Corporate partners elevate the experience by sponsoring the event and volunteering as squad champions, guiding students through leadership challenges that strengthen communication, belonging, and resilience statewide.
Play Days
We will train and guide your team to run recess at one of our partner schools. Your team will put those skills into action with students on the playground leading games that center inclusion, conflict resolution, and healthy play.
Playshop
We’ll come to your office or offsite to lead your team through group games drawn straight from our work with kids. Your employees break down silos, build real connections, and walk away with stronger team morale.
