Junior Coach Leadership Conference

Date

March 06, 2027

Place

Community College of Aurora

Time

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Elementary school students are already leading.

All year, Junior Coaches across Aurora Public Schools’ 32 elementary schools have organized games, stepped in when conflicts arise, and made sure no one spends recess on the sideline.

The Junior Coach Leadership Conference brings 175 of these young leaders together for a morning of workshops and hands-on activities on a college campus, with community leaders from across the state.

Corporate partners sponsor individual breakout rooms and work directly with students, bringing their own leadership activity or building one with our team.
