AEG, the world’s leading sports and live entertainment company, today announced that Playworks, a national nonprofit that supports learning and physical health by providing safe and inclusive play to low-income students in urban schools, has been granted an additional $25,000 from the AEG Community Foundation as the winner of the #SpreadCheer Challenge.

USC’s Trojan Outreach program recently partnered with Playworks Southern California to hold its annual Day of Play on campus. Approximately 400 local children were treated to a college prep program that highlighted the importance of play and teamwork.
Lakers Fit For Life 2018

Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and Ivica Zubac were among the Lakers players participating in the annual Fit for Life Field Day with over 250 students. The Lakers were proud to partner with City of Hope to help kids from Playworks not only exercise, but also learn about a healthy lifestyle in a fun environment.
