This year, Playworks, The Golden State Warriors, and Kaiser Permanente have a Bay Area-wide partnership to promote fitness and healthy eating. In order to make getting fit a lifelong habit, we have provided our partner schools an opportunity to advertise the benefits of getting fit and incentivize healthy behavior in a fun environment. Introducing . . . GetFit Fridays!
Each Friday, coaches will roll out GetFit activities and track participation to be in the running for the opportunity to host a GetFit Time Out Event at their school or a sleuth of other prizes.
