Welcome to Our New Program Manager David Sanchez

  1. Updates

Hello everyone! I began my time with Playworks San Francisco in 2012 as our flex coordinator, entrusted with spreading best practices to coaches throughout the region. I soon transitioned to San Pedro Elementary in Marin, where I spent three highly gratifying school years dedicated to positively impacting school climate. Here I was able to witness first-hand how Playworks programming and the compassion behind our mission can affect the make-up of our playgrounds. During my tenure on campus, it became increasingly apparent that social skills and behavior were improving, along with students feeling empowered to have their own powerful influences within their communities. I couldn't be more thrilled to be joining such a dedicated and strong office team, and I'm looking forward to an awesome year.
