JOIN US at the Pacific THERx 5K4Play, benefitting Playworks Silicon Valley Celebrate the importance of physical fitness and value of play by running or walking the Pacific THERx 5K4Play on Saturday, May 12.

What:  
A family-friendly 5K run or walk along an out and back course in beautiful Portola Valley, hosted by the Pacific THERx Fitness Center and New Balance Silicon Valley. Our beneficiary, Playworks Silicon Valley, provides full-day, on-site programming to 24 low-income elementary schools between San Mateo and Salinas, serving over 12,000 students in eight different school districts daily.

Enjoy energetic warm-up activities and playground games for all ages before and after the race. During the race, kids ages 4 and up (if accompanied by a racing parent) can enjoy organized games in the Playground Zone while their parents do the 5K.

This race is a part of the 2012 Pacific Association USATF Road Grand Prix. Please visit www.pausatf.org for more information on this series.
