Join a Fit Rave with Playworks!

  1. Updates

For three Saturdays this fall Jack London Square will be transformed into the ultimate workout locale! The Bay Area’s finest instructors and trainers will lead a total-body workout in stations including yoga, strength, core and spinning, to music performed by a live DJ. Convert your own standard or mountain bike for a stationary workout.  Bike stands will be provided.

…and don’t forget about the cool down after-party at Miss Pearl’s Jam House.

Everyone who comes for the workout will also support our mission to get children all over the East Bay moving in school. All proceeds collected from registration fees ($20 in advance, $25 at the door) will support Playworks Oakland/East Bay’s play and physical activity programming this year in 32 under-resourced elementary schools across the East Bay Area.

For participating parents, complimentary games and activities for kids aged 5 – 12 will be provided by Playworks Program Coordinators (our “Coaches”).

Fit Raves will be hosted in Jack London Square, 2pm to 5pm on:

Saturday, August 20th
Saturday, September 17th
Saturday, October 15th

Pre-register to participate in a Fit Rave date here.

Registration is $20.00 in advance online and $25.00 at the door.
