New Year = More Play

  1. Updates

At its core, Playworks is all about the celebration of our very best selves.  What we have found is that the act of play is much more, much bigger than a cute thing that kids do.  Using the social and emotional tools we employ as adults to contribute to strengthening our communities, families and workspace relations, play, at recess and work, provides the foundation for the connections that shape our lives and serves as the backdrop for a strong and engaged community.

The New Year brings a renewed sense of hope and a desire for accomplishment.  At Playworks we are guided by our core values: respect, inclusion, healthy play and healthy community serve as our guiding voice in schools across Indiana.  We don’t stop at the schoolyard.  We take games and focused activities to the streets and boardrooms for neighborhoods and companies in pursuit of a play-based cultural transformation.  Collaborative and inclusive play is the platform for this type of dynamic transformation.

You can be a part of the movement to bring healthy and inclusive play to our community everyday. In fact, the only thing we need is for YOU to get in the game!
