Playworks Chicago Kicks-off the New Year at Millennium Park!

  1. Updates

Playworks Chicago hosted its first staff outing in Millennium Park downtown.

New program coordinators as well as the Chicago-based office staff enjoyed an outdoor photography exhibit, food, live music, and some core Playworks games on a hot, sunny (and humid of course!) day in the city. Everyone got to know each other a little before boarding a plane to Baltimore for pre-service trainings.

Interested passersby came to watch them do what Playworkers do best – play games! The new program coordinators were introduced to switch, categories, four square and Ninja, to name a few. It was a great way to kick-off the new year in Chicago!
