Arizona State University Family Basketball Day

  1. Updates

On January 14th, over one hundred families gathered together at Arizona State University to enjoy an afternoon of foursquare, field games and, of course, basketball. Though much fun was had by all, the day was not just about fun and games.

The event exposed Playworks children who might not otherwise have the opportunity to the college experience. Interactive presentations by ASU staff were a highlight of the day and focused on the types of scholarships and financial aid was available to students in need.
