He was known for having a &ldquo;short fuse.&rdquo; Silvi&nbsp;would constantly find reasons to get into arguments. I noticed that <\/span><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-5a842cd6-3745-22f0-9f51-96a498e30888\">Silvi<\/span><span>&nbsp;was very engaged in the emotional awareness training. Since then he has learned to identify his emotions and manage them well.
