When kids are home from school and adults are home from work, it\u2019s tempting to spend the day in front of our TV, iPad, and computer screens\u2013but Playworks has a solution.<\/p>\n<p>We challenge all of you\u2013adults AND kids\u2013to get up and play EVERY DAY that you\u2019re home from work or school. To make it easy, we have a list of games that can be played indoors with little to no equipment. Let the games begin!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><b>No Equipment Needed!\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/huckle-buckle-beanstalk\/\">Huckle Buckle Beanstalk<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 All you need to play is one small household item and a room to hide it in! This game is a Playworks favorite for groups of four and up.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/what-are-you-doing\/\">What are you Doing?<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 Imagination and creativity are the name of the game here. All you need are two or more participants for this fun and active charades game.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/four-corners\/\">Four Corners<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 A game that requires quiet and careful movement \u2013 great for indoors. You\u2019ll need three or more players for this one.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/simon-says\/\">Simon Says<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 You remember this one! A perfect game for adults or older kids to lead for the little ones. Kids can practice listening carefully and following directions.<\/li>\n<li>Kids getting restless? Lead a quick game of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/up-down-stop-go\/\">Up, Down, Stop, Go<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/land-sea-air\/\">Land, Sea, Air<\/a>\u00a0to get them up and moving safely indoors.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/this-is-my-nose\/\">This is my Nose<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 A game of concentration and mix-ups! This game is usually played as a large group icebreaker, but all you need is a group of three to play at home.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/zip-zap-pop\/\">Zip, Zap, Pop<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/whoosh-ball\/\">Whoosh Ball<\/a>\u00a0are excellent concentration games for groups of older kids and adults!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/sardines\/\">Sardines<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 A classic twist on hide-and-seek. This game works well with four or more participants.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/chi-master\/\">Chi Master<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 While best with larger groups, you can play this one with as few as three people and no equipment at all! No throwing involved in this one, so it\u2019s great for small spaces!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/silent-ball\/\">Silent Ball<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 A game for when the adults need a quiet house! Best with three or more players\u2013there are many ways to modify this game for any age group.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/bubbles\/\">Bubbles<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 Play this game seated on the floor using a beach-ball or balloon for best results!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.playworks.org\/game-library\/bob-the-bunny\/\">Bob the Bunny\u00a0<\/a>\u2013 Another favorite for Kindergarten through 2nd graders.
