We utilize equipment creatively and adapt games so that every kid can be included. Regardless of a game\u2019s outcome, we encourage positive language and good sportsmanship, modeling language such as \u201cGood job!\u201d or \u201cNice try!\u201d and giving out <\/span><b>high fives<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. You can\u2019t misinterpret the power of a <\/span><b>high five<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and Playworks playgrounds are full of them.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>On National High Five Day (Thursday, April 21), Playworks New England launched our first ever monthly giving program: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #054f95;\"><a style=\"color: #054f95;\" href=\"https:\/\/donate.playworks.org\/campaign\/ne-high-five-club\/c386392\">The High Five Club<\/a><\/span><\/span>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The High Five Club was designed and launched by Playworks New England\u2019s Young Professional Board, the Leadership Council, and is the culmination of months of hard work and creativity.
