At the beginning of the school year, Stephanya was one&nbsp;of the first students to apply and become a Junior Coach. She is a natural leader, but with the guidance and mentorship of Coach Selam she has blossomed into an inspirational leader throughout the entire school. Coach Selam can turn to Stephanya every day&nbsp;and no matter what the situation, Coach Selam can count on Stephanya to lend a helping hand.<\/p>\n<p>Off the playground, Stephanya has gladly stepped into the role of a mentor to the younger Junior Coaches at her school. Many of the younger Junior Coaches will turn to Stephanya during recess or outside of school with any problems they may encounter. Stephanya is quick to give advice to anyone that needs it and loves handing out high-fives to everyone.&nbsp;With her&nbsp;incredible dedication to being a Junior Coach and her&nbsp;enthusiasm for being a leader at her school, we know Stephanya will continue to make excellent happen throughout the Playworks community.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Junior Coach&nbsp;Stephanya is a student at the Healey School in Somerville&nbsp;with Playworks Coach Selam.
