She embodies Playworks core values and helps Coach Miriam to take <span class=\"il\">the<\/span> lessons or skills that are focused on during individual classroom Playworks time back to her classroom. Ms. Keeper is a big fan of minute movers during her morning meetings because she understands the importance of integrating play into the school day. She knows that play is a critical building block for her students to gain the&nbsp;social and emotional skills necessary for success. She can be found playing alongside her students throughout the school day, building incredibly strong relationships with her students.<\/p>\n<p>For Halloween at school this year, Ms. Keeper and&nbsp;other teachers on the first&nbsp;grade team dressed up as rock, paper and scissors to model the importance of that conflict resolution skill for <span class=\"il\">the<\/span> students. She is always advocating for them to use that to solve conflicts they are having both in and outside <span class=\"il\">the<\/span> classroom. Ms. Keeper is committed to Playworks and the difference we are making at her school and can often times be found advocating for Playworks as she sees the impact it has in her classroom. She is actively changing <span class=\"il\">the<\/span> school culture and helping to make it a fun, playful, and supportive environment.
