Junior Coach Rolandy is a students at the Henderson Inclusion Lower School in Dorchester with Coach Jill. She is a role model to her fellow Junior Coaches by being the first person to get focused and often helps Coach Jill to get others focused by doing attention getters. She is respectful to others during conversation and has mastered the art of Step Up, Step Back; she always has a lot of great insight but allows others the opportunity to chime in. <\/p>\n
At recess, Junior Coach Rolandy is always on task and works hard to include students in games. She is both patient and authoritative. When she encounters problems on the playground, she finds Coach Jill and is able to articulate the problem and then take direction to solve the problem. She's always honest about earning points for the incentive system, never trying to get more points than she believes she earned.
