DESCRIPTION:Playworks Flag Football Jamboree\nThe NFL Detroit Lions alumnus are coming out to play! These professional football retirees will serve as honorary coach at the Playworks Flag Football Jamboree. After four weeks of practice\, students from fourteen Playworks schools will come together to showcase their football skills surrounded by their parents and community. The Detroit Lions alumnus will motivate and remind the children about the value of good sporting behavior all while the children get to practice their skills and play fun\, non-competitive flag football. \nThe Flag Football Jamboree will be a fun family event for Playworks league participants and their families.  Participating students will enjoy music\, face painting as well as hourly raffles and give-aways. \nDate: Saturday\, May 31st\nLocation: Ferndale High School Football Field – 725 Pinecrest St.\, Ferndale\, MI 48220\nTime: 10:00am – 3:00pm\nAnticipated Attendance:  200 \nLimited sponsorship and employee engagement opportunities are available.
