Playworks Arizona is excited to announce the growth of our team. In the fall of 2022, Lori Adukeh joined us as the Regional Director of Arizona, bringing with her 30 years of experience in strategic planning and program management.

Advancing in her board membership role, Davida Redmond, will be Playworks Arizona’s new Board Chair to help us achieve program and fundraising goals. Their leadership in the DEI and building capacity space will help us reach more kids in Arizona with safe and healthy play.

Lori Adukeh
Arizona Regional Director, Playworks Arizona

Lori Adukeh is the Arizona Regional Director for Playworks. She brings over 30 years of corporate and nonprofit experience leading and building successful teams. Lori has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration  from the University of Arizona majoring in Personnel Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration  from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a focus on organizational management, marketing and financial management. Following her corporate career, Lori chose to pursue her passion for supporting and empowering children by entering the nonprofit sector. Her most recent position was as Executive Director for a nonprofit in Nashville, TN supporting inner city youth where she was responsible for leading, developing, and executing the strategic direction of the organization. As a native Arizonan, Lori is excited to be returning home to the southwest where she will be the leader of local regional operations for Playworks Arizona; responsible for the region’s financial success and strategic impact.  

In her free time, Lori will be spending time with family and friends and doing a lot of reading and traveling.

Davida Redmond
Director of Inclusion, Diversity, and Community WillScot | Mobile Mini

Davida Redmond, 43, currently serves as the Director of Inclusion, Diversity, and Community for WillScot | Mobile Mini. In this role, which she has held since October 2020, Mrs. Redmond is responsible for the strategy and execution of global inclusion & diversity and community efforts. Recently, she spearheaded the launch of five Inclusiveness Resource Teams (IRTs) that foster an inclusive and diverse workplace aligned with the company’s values and strategy. In addition, she also launched a global community giving program that unites over 4,400+ employees in four countries around giving back locally.

Previously, Mrs. Redmond spent nine years serving in various marketing and sales roles for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Caterpillar, Inc. She also spent four years outside of Corporate America focusing on her growing family. She is a proven leader that has both domestic and international experience across diverse business units and multiple industries with Fortune 100 organizations. Currently, Mrs. Redmond serves as the Board Chair for Playworks Arizona. She also serves as the VP of Marketing for the Phoenix Chapter of the National Sales Network. Mrs. Redmond is a Board Member of the Minions of Kindness (MoK) Fund. Mrs. Redmond holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and an MBA from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL. She was born in Georgetown, Guyana, South America and raised in Miami, FL.
