Before You Start
Equipment Needed: CD player, the song Wipe Out
- Have players spread out with plenty of personal space.
- Start the music.
How to Play
- When the drums are playing have the player do a specific movement (pretend to drum to the beat, jog in place, dance, etc.).
- When the music changes, have the players pretend to be surfing. Have them stretch and lean in different ‘surfing’ positions, working on maintaining their balance.
- The activity will repeat itself as the music style in the song changes.
