Emma Rapp
Development Associate
Playworks San Francisco
Emma Rapp started with Playworks as an intern with the development team during her undergraduate years at UC Berkeley. This experience, paired with her time coordinating volunteers for an after-school program at an elementary school, convinced Emma of the power that play has to transform school climates. As the community engagement coordinator in 2010, she connected a diverse group of volunteers with Playworks' programs to increase and enrich opportunities for play. Now, she manages events and corporate engagement as the Development Associate for San Francisco. Her favorite game as a child was four-square but now she enjoys a lively game of Ninja with her officemates.
