Playworks exceeded my expectations in creating a positive and nurturing culture and climate. In less than one year, Playworks created a safe, structured, and fun recess for kids, and increased positive staff engagement with the students. The program has taught the students how to connect with one another to play and to solve conflicts in a positive way. Bullying incidents are almost non-existent and injuries on the playground have significantly decreased.
