From the second Max Seidman stepped foot into John P. Holland Charter School, his passion for children was immediately illustrated. Even though the children weren't familiar with him, he built a rapport with them immediately. He respected them, spoke to them at their level, and involved himself in all games right away. They responded to him in such a positive way that students would notice his absence right away and ask when he was coming back. He never hesitated to ask if he needed help and always lent a helping hand to all staff in the building. He made recess even more positive by being such an integral part of this time with the students. He has been a great addition to Holland School!
