March Coach of the Month

  1. Updates

Since the very beginning, Taylor has shined in each and every one of her responsibilities as a Playworks coach. Not only has her program consistently looked great all year, but it has continued to grow and improve even as we near the end of the year.

Specifically, it’s important to highlight Taylor’s “Make It Stick” program. She has been very proactive from the start. Taylor has innovated and implemented many new strategies in order to empower her recess team and Junior Coaches and ensure the Playworks culture sticks at Bethune Elementary.

These innovations include, but are not limited to, Recess Team Member of the Month Awards, incentives that encourage Junior Coaches to teach Playworks strategies to adults on the playground, and all-staff involvement in keeping Junior Coaches accountable.

We want to thank Taylor for being such a genuine, hardworking rock star who leads by example. Taylor has built beautiful relationships with each of her students and we know she is going to do big things in the future!
